Who We Are Looking For:

Concentric is seeking a

Design Lead

to join our London-based global team who will represent the agency by creating content and concepts that fulfill clients' needs through visual designs across various media and lead a small team of designers.

You are a disruptor, a problem solver, and a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have a passion for ideas, typography, branding, info-graphics, advertising, healthcare, and making a difference.

You are an approachable, hardworking team player and an open-minded, active listener with the ability to unpack complex problems with simplicity.

Reports to:

Executive Creative Director

What You Will Do:

Work closely with our design, production, and other creative teams to create visually engaging designs for a variety of channels Produce work that is in alignment with designated style guides for our clients and internal teams Present creative ideas at internal meetings Participate and present work in client meetings when necessary Partner and collaborate across other departments including art, copy, account, and integrated production to ensure projects meet client and regulatory specifications Create storyboards and manage video production Create branding elements and designs Lead the agency's AI development Line manage designers in your team

What You Bring: 7+ years of experience at an ad agency in graphic design or UI design; working on a pharmaceutical brand is preferred but not essential A portfolio of strong design work (ideally award-winning) featuring examples of both digital and print and even experiential Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (and other software a plus) Expertise in design trends and layouts Strong eye for composition Strong written and verbal communication skills An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines The skill to tell a simple story visually and verbally A curious mentality The desire to be great
