Your Responsibilities:
Cultivate a positive, open, and honest working environment, where your team feels challenged and encouraged to reach their full potential.
Analyze project performance to identify risks or opportunities, developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
Provide clear direction and oversight of project controls, ensuring compliance with quality, programme, and cost requirements.
Ensure adherence to client Asset Standards while driving efficiency and promoting best practices across the business.
Collaborate closely with the client's Engineers to maintain our position as a trusted partner in delivering the project portfolio.
What You Can Offer:
Chartered or Incorporated membership of the ICE.
Strong experience in water or wastewater pipeline design.
Solid understanding of outline and detailed design, and familiarity with Designer or Principal Designer duties under CDM 2015 regulations.
