Are you an experienced Design Manager looking to take on an exciting new challenge? We are recruiting for a main contractor delivering a £15m refurbishment and high-end fit-out project. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a prestigious development, leading the design process from inception to completion.
Responsibilities:
Manage the design process, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget. Collaborate with architects, consultants, and the construction team to ensure seamless integration of design and construction activities. Lead design meetings and coordinate technical drawings to ensure project specifications are met. Oversee all aspects of design delivery, from concept to handover.
Requirements: Proven experience in delivering refurbishment projects, ideally with high-end fit-out elements. Strong technical knowledge and the ability to interpret and manage complex design documentation. Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage stakeholders effectively. A track record of successfully delivering projects from start to finish. Academic background in Architecture / Engineering.
