Our Advisory Services team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Design Assurance Manager to lead and manage the design assurance processes for our project lifecycles within the energy sector. Key Responsibilities: Design Assurance Leadership: Lead a team of Design Assurance Engineers, ensuring design assurance for multiple projects from outline design through to completion. Design Control Management: Oversee the design control process from concept to completion, ensuring all design inputs, outputs, risk management, verification, and validation meet regulatory requirements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, commercial, and delivery teams to implement design controls and quality standards effectively. Design Reviews & Audits: Collaborate with quality and auditing teams to organize and facilitate design reviews, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards and addressing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) as needed. About You:

As an experienced Design Assurance Manager, you will have a proven track record in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and the design and delivery of major construction projects. You should have strong knowledge of regulatory standards and industry guidelines. The ideal candidate will have experience in assurance for large multi-disciplinary projects, including design control, quality systems, and regulatory requirements, supported by a strong technical background. Qualifications: Ideally, you hold a degree in Engineering or a related field and are either Chartered or working towards Chartered status. Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a passion for continuous improvement and quality assurance.
