Our client is looking for an experienced Design Manager to work for them and play a pivotal role in the management and delivery of their design packages. You will report to the construction director and will be responsible for overseeing that designs meet specifications in accordance with contract and building warranty requirements. The project in mind is to lead a £25m new build RC Frame project in Central London. A successful candidate will be proactive with extensive knowledge of construction detailing, buildability issues, materials, and statutory regulations.
