Responsibilities: Leading project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Developing and executing project plans, including scope, schedule, cost, risk management, and communication plans. Facilitating communication and coordination of information to stakeholders, including project team members, clients, and senior management. Supporting and mentoring members of the team, to help them develop individually and to meet our collective goals. Identifying and mitigating project risks. Supporting our Contract Managers in the preparation of claims and variations. Developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Supporting the engineering discipline leads, to develop training plans and strategies for increasing our capability in the UK. Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's in Civil or Structural Engineering. Design or Technical Management experience, preferably for major projects in a highly regulated industry, e.g., nuclear. Background demonstrating strong technical skills in your field of engineering, with experience in delivering technical packages. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire project teams. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and mitigate project risks. Beneficial Experience: Experience in tender management and bid preparation is not mandatory but beneficial. Experience working in the UK nuclear industry, with appreciation of key stakeholders, clients, and regulations. A project management qualification such as PMP, PRINCE2, APM. Location:
