As a Design Manager, your role will entail overseeing internal and external design consultant teams, controlling the development of design concepts into manufacturing, and managing the installation of information. Responsibilities for Design Manager
Manage the design process using commercial, contractual, programme/time awareness, and technical expertise. Develop and implement the drawing and document control system and protocols. Assist in the development of company BIM standards and BIM implementation on projects when required. Implement and manage the site RFI process and register. Requirements for Design Manager
Construction industry experience. Strong leadership skills. Good understanding of construction processes and all aspects. What we offer for a Design Manager
