The Job:
Lead technical and design processes, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
Review and input into allocated bids
Provide regular progress reports
Manage and coordinate external consultants
Liaise with internal & external stakeholders
The Candidate:
Residential experience working with a main contractor
Highrise development experience
Proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of the design and technical process
Strong technical knowledge
Knowledge of current legislative framework
Strong written and verbal skills
Computer literate
Valid driving licence
