Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the design process for data centre projects from concept through to completion. Work closely with clients to understand their needs, providing technical expertise and ensuring design alignment with client requirements. Oversee the development of technical specifications, drawings, and design documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and project managers, to deliver innovative and efficient data centre solutions. Ensure designs adhere to relevant regulations, standards, and best practices for data centre infrastructure and engineering. Manage relationships with external contractors, consultants, and suppliers, ensuring quality and adherence to project timelines. Monitor and resolve design-related issues on-site, ensuring successful project delivery. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior design team members. Key Requirements: Minimum of 3 years' experience in design management within the data centre or engineering sector. Strong understanding of data centre design principles, infrastructure, and operations. Proven experience in managing design teams and client-facing roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and within a team environment. Proficient in relevant design software and tools. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must be a

British passport holder
