Design Manager or Design Co-Ordinator

Key Responsibilities :
Manage design phases from planning approval to on-site execution. Co-ordinate and approve construction drawings, ensuring alignment with client requirements and budgets. Oversee external design teams and ensure timely delivery of design programs. Liaise with the Planning Manager and all project stakeholders to meet design and planning requirements. Manage the flow of information, ensuring technical compliance and value engineering for quality and cost improvements. Ensure designs comply with regulations, including CDM and building regulations. Collaborate with commercial and construction teams for a smooth project handover. Requirements :
Relevant construction or architectural qualification. Experience in a similar role with a main contractor. Strong knowledge of design processes, building regulations, and project management software.
