Our client is a 200m, multi divisional Main Contractor, making giant strides in the Industrial & Logistics sector. Headquartered in Central London, we are looking for the Design Manager for a 15 distribution centre project in Leatherhead.
Design Manager Roles & Responsibilities:
Design Coordination Design Development Chairing Design Team meetings Troubleshooting any design issues that may arise High level reporting upline
Design Manager Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years No.1 Design Manager experience Leading Main Contractor / Major Project experience Major Structural Steel project experience Degree educated or similar Good BIM / tech skills
