RC frames, steel structures, and modular elements - Brickwork cladding and curtain walling - BREEAM certification, low-carbon materials, energy-efficient MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) systems -
Building Services: Smart HVAC, renewable energy integration - £25mil in total value cut and carve - Fit out stage at present
What We re Looking For: - Experience as a Design Manager in the construction industry (main contractor or developer). - Proven track record delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use schemes. - Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage consultants and stakeholders - Passion for high-quality design and construction. - Architectural / Engineering academic background
