We are working with a privately owned contractor client who has a first-class record of delivering mixed-use and residential schemes on brownfield sites across the Capital, particularly South of the River. Typical projects include new build flats from 5 to 20 storeys, utilizing a mixture of RC frame and traditional build methods. Ideally, we are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years’ experience with a Main Contractor or Architectural Practice, who has previous exposure to scope preparation, piling/foundations, RC frame, and brick traditional cladding.
