In this role, you will ensure the effective delivery of high-quality design solutions for projects from inception to completion. You will also play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, while contributing to our business development and company growth. Key Objectives:

Deliver high-quality design solutions that meet client needs and expectations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and standards. Oversee the end-to-end design process, meeting time, cost, and quality standards. Integrate the design process with other project aspects for seamless execution. Accountabilities:

Ensure all design work adheres to industry regulations and standards. Oversee the design process, including proposals, tender management, and construction oversight. Collaborate with internal teams to integrate design with other project components. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, risk assessments, and briefs. Manage project budgets to meet financial targets. Stay updated on developments in design techniques, software, and technology. Implement design policies and procedures for continuous improvement. Key Skills:

Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to enhance processes and find innovative solutions. Ability to build trust and relationships at all levels, internally and externally. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a research-oriented mindset. Strong project management skills.
