The Role
As a Design Manager, you will oversee the design aspects of 2-3 sites simultaneously, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing design teams, including architects and subcontractors.
- Collaborating with project managers to ensure seamless programme delivery.
- Monitoring and coordinating all design stages from concept through to completion.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations, specifications, and project objectives.
- Resolving design-related issues efficiently, maintaining project momentum.
