Design Manager
with solid experience working for a main contractor to join our client’s team! Location:
Hull – Office-based Salary:
£45,000 to £50,000 + car allowance Type:
Permanent The role involves managing all aspects of the design production and review process. Why join this company? Managing all aspects of design production, including technical evaluations during the tender phase Reviewing design submissions and liaising with design consultants and in-house teams Engaging with building control, local planning authorities, and principal design consultants when required Ensuring all design checks are completed, recorded, and compliant with relevant standards Attending site when required to assist with surveys and meetings What are we looking for in the Design Manager role? Previous experience with a main contractor in construction or modular builds Confident IT skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and Revit Comprehensive site experience in construction, engineering, or professional design roles Well-developed technical construction knowledge Good understanding of Building Regulations, BREEAM, and BIM Level 2 standards Full UK driving licence Does this sound like your next position?
