Design Manager - East Midlands
A leading privately-owned contractor is searching for a Design Manager to join their growing operations team delivering Design & Build projects across the Midlands.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Design Manager to join a highly successful contractor delivering commercial, education, MOD, multi-room, leisure and sports projects ranging from £10m to £40m.
In this role, you will generally be responsible for two live projects and support the pre-construction team in the tender process to secure new projects.

Responsibilities & Duties: Review the technical aspects of details put forward by architects and engineers Coordinate changes with the Design team to ensure best value Lead design team meetings and coordinate build process Liaise with client and consultant throughout the project
The Package: Basic salary of £52,500 - £62,500
Company Car or Car Allowance
Bonus Scheme up to 10%
Private medical insurance
To qualify for the higher rate of pay, you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Design Manager delivering D&B projects (£5m+) for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor.
