Design Manager

Lead and manage design projects from concept to completion. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored design solutions. Supervise and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and support. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct regular reviews of design work to ensure quality and consistency. Stay updated on design trends and technologies to enhance project outcomes. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field. Proven experience in design management, preferably in the woodworking industry. Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in design software and tools.
