The ideal applicants will have a proven track record within the construction industry; however, training would be provided to the right candidate. This role involves leading the design of projects, managing the design process, producing and managing design programmes, and working closely with designers and our clients' design teams to manage the process. You will work closely within our design team to coordinate projects and collaborate with the site teams on design problems. Required Skills:
Confidence working closely with client’s site teams throughout the design process. Produce design programmes and monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time. Monitor design and project budgets to ensure projects are delivered within or below budget. Experience in 2D and 3D CAD. Good communication skills and professionalism. Able to work as part of a team and individually. A valid driving licence and willingness to travel to sites occasionally.
