Are you passionate about creating a safe, organised, and inspiring environment for students to learn? We’re recruiting a Design Technology (DT) Technician to join a fantastic school and support their vibrant Design Technology department. The Role:

As a DT Technician, you’ll play a vital role in supporting teachers and students by ensuring workshops are fully equipped, safe, and ready for learning. Your responsibilities will include: Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment in workshops and preparation areas. Preparing resources for lessons and assisting with practical activities. Supporting teachers in delivering engaging Design Technology classes. Performing routine maintenance on tools and machinery, ensuring equipment is in good working order. Managing stock levels, monitoring resources, and assisting with ordering materials. Upholding health and safety standards, including carrying out risk assessments and complying with COSHH regulations. What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking someone proactive, practical, and organised, with a commitment to health and safety. Experience working with specialist equipment (e.g., lathes, laser cutters, woodworking machinery) is desirable but not essential. The Details:
