Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create effective learning plans. Support students with SEND and behavioural needs with confidence and understanding. Help students both inside and outside the classroom to stay on track and succeed. What we’re looking for in a Design & Technology Graduate: A 1:1 or 2:1 Design & Technology degree (or related discipline) from a leading UK university. Previous experience working with children is preferred but not essential. Confidence in managing behaviour and maintaining a positive classroom environment. Proactive and creative approach to problem-solving and teaching. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
