Inspire, mentor, and support other teachers within the team, contributing to their professional development. Play an active role in whole-school initiatives and the wider Design Technology community. Design Technology . Expertise and passion for
Resistant Materials , with the ability to deliver high-quality, practical, and theoretical lessons. Strong leadership and organisational skills, with experience (or readiness) to take on middle leadership responsibilities.
