What you'll be doing Our Branch Designate Managers have an abundance of energy, enthusiasm, and personality, complemented by their strong desire to learn. Setting exceptional standards and ensuring that the customer is at the heart of every decision, we want our BGM's to empower their teams to deliver exceptional customer service both in store and through our digital platforms.

Your dynamic leadership style will enable you to support, coach, and inspire your team of sales colleagues in providing a fantastic customer experience. We’re looking for you to motivate and coach your team to drive your store's performance. In an ever changing Retail environment you will embrace change and technology ensuring your team’s high performance in a fast pace environment. You will be a role model for our values creating a winning team. Ideally you will have experience from a similar industry whether that be retail or service, but if you have the ability to engage, coach and develop, and truly connect with a team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Historically, this role has been based upon a full time position, but as a business, we are focused on getting the right people into the team and so are open to conversations around flexible working to fill the opportunity.
