When a customer enters your store, they will feel welcomed and valued, with a friendly expert by their side who can advise them on our great products and services. You will lead and support established teams as an exceptional leader with great coaching skills. Ideally, you will have a sales background with a track record in meeting and exceeding KPIs. Being numbers-focused, you will drive sales through your people and take a holistic view of the business. Who are we looking for?
