Brief intro to the role: We're seeking a creative and versatile graphic designer who can build high-quality creative assets and post-produce/edit video assets to drive visual storytelling for TransferRoom. This role will be instrumental in developing compelling visual content that drives engagement across our marketing channels, sitting alongside our Senior Designer in the Brand & Content team. What you’ll be doing: Taking briefs from a variety of internal customers, including the marketing team, and producing high-quality graphic design outputs. Support in the creation of professional commercial presentations and pitch decks that effectively communicate our value proposition. Design and optimize website graphics that enhance user experience and brand consistency. Support the Product Marketing team by developing product marketing materials, including stylized UI mockups and feature illustrations. Produce engaging graphics for our owned social media profiles, blog articles, landing pages, and email marketing assets. Working alongside our Content Manager to edit and produce video content, including customer testimonials, event content, and webinar content. Support the GTM team with design assets to support our new feature releases & events. Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables while pushing creative boundaries. Who you are: 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience. Proven video editing capabilities with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects). Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Experience creating content for digital platforms and social media, as well as physical assets like brochures. Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail. Portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and video editing work. Ability to receive and incorporate feedback.
