Working as part of the Commercial department, to design and specify bespoke planting schemes for state-of-the-art office spaces to win new business. To clearly understand a client’s brief and bring that to reality, including variables like aesthetics, costs, and service levels, whilst balancing the horticultural requirements of plants with the desires of the client. Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Commercial Managers in producing designs and specifications that meet the clients' vision. Ensure 100% accuracy of specifications and correct selection of plants suitable for the environments using the agreed portfolio. Produce proposals that have best-in-class biophilic designs, which meet and exceed clients’ expectations. Keep up to date with market trends and popular design themes, working closely with the company buyer and internal Horticultural Specialist to achieve the best production selection and lead times for clients. Qualifications:

Highly organized individual, able to prioritize and work to tight deadlines. An eye for design and attention to detail. Commercial acumen. Excellent communication skills internally and externally. CAD/Design skills. Understanding of project management processes. A willingness to learn all things horticultural (prior knowledge is a bonus but not essential). Experience working with client proposals and quotes. Experience working directly with clients (e.g. customer service/customer-facing roles). Experience of working in/with the fit-out industry is desirable. Technical Skills:

MS Excel - excellent knowledge. MS PowerPoint - excellent knowledge. MS Outlook - very good knowledge. MS Word - very good knowledge. ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central) – good knowledge (training will be provided). CAD Drawing software or similar – good knowledge (training will be provided). Additional Information:

Role is based in rural Essex; therefore, employees need their own transport to work. Some client visits may be required. Induction training, Health & Safety induction. Design software training and horticultural knowledge training will also be available.
