Collaborating closely with Editors, Developers, Producers and Journalists to brainstorm and storyboard visuals for the day’s topics Working closely within our small Design team and Lead Designers to explore concepts and produce exceptional imagery and storytelling with a fast turnaround Great communication across departments is key and confidence in expressing ideas articulately to a wide range of audiences Providing visual guidance and support to producers, editors and journalists to ensure visual excellence across all we do both digitally and equally print Essential Skills Required for the Role
Time management, ability to juggle with multiple projects daily with fast turnaround An outstanding portfolio of projects, illustration and collage styles Have a strong graphic design/illustration aesthetic with an artistic flair Excellent creative and conceptual thinking Fluency with the full Adobe Creative Suite and Figma Ability to create conceptual illustrations with focus on image manipulation & collage as well as fundamental graphic design.
