The role involves creating compelling visual assets for digital and print media, ensuring high-quality, brand-consistent designs across websites, social media, brochures, and presentations. The role also supports senior designers in concept development, manages multiple projects simultaneously, and presents design ideas to internal teams and clients. Staying current with design trends and tools is essential to bringing fresh, innovative ideas to creative projects while maintaining timely and effective delivery. Here's a taste of what you'll be doing: Maintain consistency and quality across all design work, ensuring adherence to brand standards and best practices. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for creative projects. Edit and refine designs based on feedback from the team and stakeholders. Prepare and organise design files for production, ensuring they meet quality and technical standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, etc.) to deliver on project requirements. Present and justify design ideas to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback and iterating as necessary. Are we the perfect match? 3-5 years of professional design experience in a studio, agency, or in-house environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse digital and print work. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Photoshop and Figma, with expertise in vector drawing and adherence to brand guidelines. Solid understanding of design principles, print production processes, and a commitment to detail and design excellence. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively. Adaptable and eager to learn new tools and applications to enhance creative capabilities. It would be great if you had: Knowledge of accessibility principles, digital export systems (e.g., LottieFiles), and familiarity with work management tools like Asana, Ziflow, and Google Suite. Proactive problem-solver with a curious spirit, eager to learn, expand responsibilities, and embrace new technologies and workflows. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidence in decision-making, driven by a desire for continuous improvement. A collaborative team player committed to contributing to team success while adapting comfortably to ambiguity. Initiative-taker with a forward-thinking mindset, always seeking opportunities to grow and enhance processes. Here's what else you need to know: 6 month fixed term contract.
