We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join us on a Design placement here at Grey London on an initial 3-month placement contract, creating Famously Effective work that makes a meaningful and lasting impact. In this placement, you will work alongside our team of Designers - learning from our Juniors & Midweights how to take a brief to its conclusion and provide winning design solutions. We are looking for someone with an eye for craft, detail and creativity. You will have the opportunity to showcase and develop your skills in typography, graphic design, and motion, while applying your expertise across all applications within the Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint. You’ll also be encouraged to explore emerging tools and technologies, including AI and other innovative applications. This role is a great opportunity to work within an exciting creative agency and is the perfect opportunity for anyone looking to start out their career in advertising. On a day-to-day basis you will be collaborating with Creatives, offering input in meetings and contributing to the design output. You will work with Art Directors, Design Directors, Planners and Project Managers by playing an essential role in bringing the creative ideas to life. This is a truly unique opportunity at Grey London, where we’re seeking top talent to join our growing Design department. THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Whilst on placement, your responsibilities will revolve around your strong conceptual, creative, and communication skills, which are integral to the success in this role. You will play a hands-on role in the creation of exceptional creative work and can learn meticulous craftsmanship in every detail. You’ll provide valuable insights and assist on creative projects, bringing a thoughtful and strategic approach to your work. You will inspire others with your crafted and refined creative output, setting a high standard for quality. Throughout the project lifecycle, you’ll demonstrate exceptional time management, ownership, and clear communication, ensuring seamless collaboration and outstanding results. Cares about creating work that shapes culture and builds brand influence. Can self-initiate ideas and proactively contribute to briefs. Has a keen eye for detail and is able to maintain quality control of own work. Challenges themselves and senior members to consistently improve. Brings energy, is self-motivated and eager to learn. Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Is proactive, well-organised and able to work to agreed deadlines. Plays an active role in shaping & building our agency culture.
