Desktop Support Team Leader
to lead a dynamic team of 4 Desktop Support Analysts. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team and contribute to the success of a growing, tech-driven company. What You’ll Do:
Lead and mentor a team of Desktop Support Analysts, delivering top-tier IT support Manage desktop environments, including Windows 10/11, O365, and Active Directory Oversee hardware and software installations, ensuring smooth onboarding Provide coaching and development to your team to ensure excellent service delivery Maintain clear documentation and manage workflows to support team success What You’ll Need:
Proven experience in
desktop support
and
team leadership Strong technical knowledge of
Microsoft technologies
(Windows 10/11, O365, Active Directory, Intune, SCCM) Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues Excellent communication skills and a service-first mindset Experience managing
mobile device management (MDM)
and understanding
Intune/SCCM ITIL certification or similar Familiarity with additional Microsoft technologies like
Azure AD
or
