Are you a passionate and experienced Development Manager?

Our client, a leading player in the Housing industry, is seeking a talented Development Manager to join their dynamic team in Cumbria. As part of their team, you will play a critical role in identifying sites, managing defects, and project managing development schemes.

£53,000 - £54,000 per annum Pension contribution matching Hybrid working options

What you'll be doing: Identifying potential development sites Taking charge of managing defects and ensuring quality control Overseeing the project management of development schemes Collaborating with Homes England and Local Authorities Conducting feasibility studies and site appraisals

What you bring to the table: Proven experience in development management Strong project management skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Extensive knowledge of Homes England and Local Authority processes Driving licence is required
