Web Developer, Designer - Webflow - Hybrid West Sussex - £30k - £35k We are looking for a talented Webflow Developer, Designer with a UX focus, to join our clients based in West Sussex, who are a growing marketing and design agency that thrives on creativity and collaboration. As part of their team, you'll work on a range of exciting projects, bring innovative designs to life, and have a real impact on their client's success. Your role will involve: Web Development: Building and iterating Webflow sites, landing pages, and interactive tools. Design Implementation: Turning Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect web pages. UX/UI Prototyping: Crafting seamless user journeys and prototypes that make sense to the end user. SEO & Performance: Working with the wider teams to boost SEO and improve page speeds. Accessibility & Best Practices: Ensuring everything you build meets usability and accessibility standards. Client Relationships: Working closely with clients to refine design briefs, hit goals, and wow them with the final product. Team Collaboration: Partnering with our creative team on campaigns, brand projects, and more. We need you to have: Webflow Expertise: You know Webflow inside and out - from CMS collections to animations and advanced functionality with Finsweet systems. Technical Skills: You're comfortable with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles. UI/UX Knowledge: You understand modern design processes and UX best practices. Strong Attention to Detail: You can manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and get things done to a high standard. Creativity: You have an eye for design and love creating interactive, engaging user experiences. Team Spirit: You're all about collaboration and building strong relationships with clients and teammates. Bonus Points: If you're familiar with Zapier, Airtable, or Memberstack - we'd love to hear about it!
