Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Development Chef to join us supporting one of our Operations Directors in the north of England. The area will cover from Cumbria down to Derby. The main focus of the role will be the quality of the food as well as development with innovative and fresh ideas, exceeding our customers' expectations. Working alongside the operations team, this pivotal role involves compiling and building recipes suitable for the client and company needs. You will also work with our local on-site teams in a coaching and training capacity as needed, ensuring we work within our purchasing and pricing remit. This role will support new business and retention in the area as well. Ideally, we are looking for a proven Development Chef, who understands the education sector and has a successful track record of development in this area. Excellent presentation skills are a must, along with strong planning, time management, and sound knowledge and awareness in our sector. A full UK driving license and access to a car are required, as well as the ability to cook.
