We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance and Development Manager to join the team and support the organisation’s continued growth. This role will focus on managing new client engagements, overseeing the onboarding process for both Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs) and Collective Funds (CFs), and ensuring compliance with due diligence and regulatory requirements.
You will be leading the onboarding process for new clients across DAF and CF services, collaborating with the Head of Compliance to ensure all due diligence requirements are met and supporting business development efforts alongside the Deputy CEO and Business Development Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in grant-making or compliance within the charity sector, with a strong understanding of Charity Commission regulations. You will be highly organised, numerate, and have excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience working with high-net-worth clients and knowledge of due diligence processes is essential.
This is a permanent role, paying a salary of c.£45,000 - £50,000 in addition to a bonus scheme of up to 10%. Employees work Monday-Thursday onsite in office, a short walk from Bond Street Station, with Fridays working from home.
