Lead the transition from design to construction across complex, high-rise developments. Develop and execute procurement strategies, appointing and managing contractors and consultants. Oversee on-site construction delivery, balancing technical oversight with strategic leadership. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Value-engineer innovative solutions to optimize costs and mitigate risks. Drive quality assurance and compliance with all relevant UK building regulations and safety standards. The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a visionary leader with: Significant construction delivery experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-rise residential towers. Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and risk management. Expertise in managing the full project lifecycle, from design and procurement to practical completion. A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders and navigate board-level decision-making. Up-to-date knowledge of the Building Safety Act and building regulations. Sector expertise: Experience in Build-to-Rent (BTR), PBSA, hotels, or Build-to-Sell is highly desirable. Why Join?
