Continuum is an exciting new Built Environment Consultancy offering a full range of Development Management services advising through the whole property lifecycle to a wide spectrum of clients in both the private and public sector. Our consultancy team is involved through the whole property lifecycle from initial construction appraisals through project managing the build process, maintaining and refurbishing the built asset, and redeveloping obsolete properties. We are involved at inception, during occupation and void periods, through to demolition and redevelopment, maximising value or managing risk along the way. The Person
We are looking for an effective, goal driven, engaging individual who prioritises innovation, resourcefulness and creativity. The ideal candidate will also be able to demonstrate the following: Be a graduate with a keen interest in the built environment. Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a challenging, fast-paced, work environment with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage time efficiently. Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills and proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships. Team player who can work flexibly and with people from a broad range of backgrounds and experience. Self-directed, self-motivated, detail-oriented problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organisation's reputation and success.
