Current vacancy for a housing provider to join as a Development Officer. This is a newly created position and will be reporting to the Head of Development. Key Duties:

Ensure all development files are up to date in line with Homes England requirements. Conduct quality inspections and audits of sites. Manage budget including processing invoices, signing off accounts, and managing cash flow. Utilize development software. Provide support during the handover process, including attending handover meetings. Attend Pre-Tenancy Workshops and sign-up meetings with prospective tenants. Manage media activity around development sites. Record and manage accurate documents and records to industry standards. Address and manage defect queries. Collaborate with the wider department and organization to provide an excellent customer experience.
