As part of our
Engineering Development Team , your responsibilities will include: Developing subject matter expertise in complex services. Providing technical leadership to drive innovation and improvements. Supporting lead engineers in continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on sustainability, noise reduction, and energy efficiency. Delivering high-impact change across multiple projects. Taking ownership of projects, managing contractors, and ensuring excellence in service contracts. Overseeing all aspects of services including chilling, compressed air, water systems, utilities, CHP plants, fire suppression, and security systems. What We Offer
