Job Description
As a development solicitor, you will be advising on the following matters: new leases and renewal leases, Landlord & Tenant management work, assisting in drafting of Certificates of Title, commercial acquisitions and disposals of property assets, and buying and selling vacant possession property.
The Successful Applicant
A successful development solicitor should be an England & Wales qualified solicitor who has worked at a London or regional law firm within a real estate team focusing on development work.
