You’ll be managing the Development team, made up of technical solution finders who build, test, and improve our industry-leading product suite. As
Development Team Leader , your role will include:
Lead and manage a small team of PHP developers and software testers Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, and complete 1-2-1s and appraisals Work with the Head of Platform and Lead Developer to identify and implement process improvements Advocate agile development processes and promote a culture of continual improvement Facilitate sprint meetings and collaboration between teams Communicate effectively internally with various stakeholders and provide accurate project updates Manage team resource and workload Implement and monitor performance-based metrics The salary for this role is
£50,000 to £55,000
