Permanent salary + bonus + benefits. To be considered for this role you must: Have very strong technical skills in Terraform, Python, IaC and AWS (CodePipeline, CodeDeploy, CodeCommit, CodeBuild). Have very strong knowledge of DevOps. Go to the office twice a week (Newbury, Berkshire). Market leading technology company is looking for a DevOps Engineer to drive their vision of delivering a scalable, AWS hosted technology management platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for provisioning all product infrastructure in the cloud (AWS) and developing and maintaining infrastructure-as-code to facilitate a cloud migration. Responsibilities Include: The DevOps Engineer will take the responsibility for the development of infrastructure as code for AWS hosted platform in cooperation with the manager and development teams. This will include: Provide secure, stable and scalable production, staging and test environments, and for supporting the development teams with isolated cloud environments to enable them to work efficiently. Set up the cloud-based build pipeline for source code management, build, deploy and release keeping security and scalability in mind. Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure the success of the company’s ongoing transition to cloud infrastructure. Have technical responsibility for the release process, and work with the Release Manager to ensure successful releases with the goal of zero downtime. To be considered you will have experience of: AWS - AWS CodePipeline, CodeDeploy, CodeCommit, CodeBuild. IaC (critical). Terraform/Cloud Formation (critical). Python. CI/CD- Jenkins. Linux. You should also have knowledge of some of the following: AWS VPC/IAM/EC2. AWS security groups. Serverless development. Relational Databases. Cloud deployment of microservice secure and scalable architectures. This is a great chance to play a lead role for a growing technology company.
