Want to join a team with a mission to improve and save lives? We continually look for motivated and skilled individuals who are interested in supporting our customers – healthcare professionals who use our products to help patients and their communities.

We currently have the following opportunity available - please contact us for more details!

We don’t just build technology. We build hope.

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare technology sector?

We’re seeking a DevOps Senior Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge control systems for advanced radiotherapy solutions.

In this role, you’ll design and deliver robust DevOps build systems and pipelines for application software that powers our radiotherapy systems. This comprehensive software suite includes a service application, factory test software, and interfaces seamlessly with external Treatment Management and Real-Time control systems.

You’ll collaborate within a skilled scrum team as part of an Agile Release Train, following Scaled Agile (SAFe) principles to deliver high-quality solutions in a safety-critical environment.

If you thrive in an Agile environment, value teamwork, and are passionate about developing solutions that make a real difference in people’s lives, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll do at Elekta Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Define, implement, and maintain Build systems and their continuity for the Elekta Radiotherapy Treatment Control Systems.

Design, build and manage automated software deployment solutions and environments.

Work with Software Engineers, Architects, Designers, Front-End Engineers, and Data Scientists to deliver secure, performant, and maintainable development and test environments.

Use best-practice continuous integration and continuous deployment methodologies to ensure that the build and deployment pipelines are fast, robust, and secure.

Play an essential role in driving DevOps initiatives and champion good code quality, coding standards, and DevOps practices.

Help to enhance our existing CI/CD pipeline to make all aspects of product development, deployment, and maintenance fast and efficient. Help configuring, and working with CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar suites.

Incorporate, where appropriate, open-source tools into the foundations of the Pipeline for functions with good industry solutions - such as Ansible.

Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams on planning, designing, testing, and documenting standards.

Take personal accountability for the timeliness and quality of deliverables, working on assigned tasks as part of a team, understanding when it is necessary to ask for help to overcome blockers, and assist others where priorities require it, or impediments exist.

Share design, process, and architecture learnings with other developers. Assist colleagues in an open way and guide more junior team members.
