Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled DevOps Engineer to join our Global Affinity Technology Team. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining robust DevOps solutions to support the development and deployment of technology services on a global scale. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless collaboration between development and operations teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and enabling rapid, reliable software delivery.

The Role:

Automation & Infrastructure as Code : Develop and maintain automated solutions using

PowerShell

and

C#

to streamline deployment pipelines, system configurations, and infrastructure provisioning. Cloud Management : Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure solutions in

Microsoft Azure , including resource management, networking, security, and monitoring. CI/CD Pipelines : Build, optimize, and manage continuous integration and delivery pipelines to ensure efficient, error-free deployments. Collaboration : Work closely with developers, system administrators, and stakeholders to align DevOps strategies with business goals. Monitoring & Performance : Implement robust monitoring solutions and proactively resolve performance issues in production and pre-production environments. Security : Integrate security best practices into DevOps workflows, ensuring compliance with global standards. Documentation & Training : Maintain comprehensive documentation for tools, processes, and infrastructure. Provide training and support to team members to adopt DevOps practices. Qualifications

The Requirements: Proficiency in

PowerShell

for scripting and automation. Strong experience with

C#

for building and maintaining DevOps tools or integrations. In-depth knowledge of

Microsoft Azure

services, including compute, storage, networking, and identity management. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of version control systems, especially

Git . Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex issues in distributed systems. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Team-oriented mindset with a passion for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
