Be a driving force in securing the future of WPP as a DevSecOps Engineer. Partnering with our business teams, you'll champion the adoption and implementation of cutting-edge DevSecOps services within a collaborative team environment. Leverage your expertise in security-as-code to guide and mentor engineering and development teams, proactively identifying vulnerabilities and ensuring best practices across our platforms. Working closely with DevSecOps leadership, you'll shape our security posture, influence senior stakeholders, and drive the achievement of industry-leading certifications. Act as DevSecOps subject matter expert for assigned businesses Support the Senior DevSecOps Lead in the uptake, delivery & support of centralised security services Implement the Cyber Risk and Compliance DevSecOps strategy Develop DevSecOps process, procedures and toolsets Collect, aggregate, interpret and present security metrics to aid management reporting Drive compliance to relevant security charters, policies, and standards across the business What you'll need:

MSC Information Technology degree (desirable but not essential) Relevant industry certifications. A broad understanding of cyber security capabilities, tools, processes, and frameworks. Demonstrable experience with Azure, AWS and Google Cloud technologies. Usage of CI/CD processes including the integration of security & quality tooling. 3-5 years of experience working in a DevOps engineering environment. Knowledge of DevOps processes and tools (Terraform, Ansible, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Wiz, Snyk). Experience of interacting with applications via API. Knowledge of programming language: Python Knowledge of scripting languages: Bash, Azure PowerShell Security Scanning tools (Static Code Analysis, Opensource and Container Scanning tools). Experience in working within modern application development and engineering teams using DevOps & Agile methodologies. Be versatile and proactive, and able to multitask. Who you are:
