To contribute to the provision of the Dietetic service for patients living with diabetes. This will involve providing specialist dietetic patient care in various MDT clinics, dietetic led clinics and structured group education sessions through face to face contact with some use of digital platforms and telephone contact, across sites within Somerset NHS Foundation Trust, at Musgrove Park Hospital and Yeovil District Hospital. You will be supported by very experienced Senior Diabetes Dietitians and the highly experienced wider MDT. About us
