Type: Permanent Salary: £38,728 with the potential to rise to £45,562 over 3 years Closing Date: Monday 27th January 2025 NHS Supply Chain has an exciting opportunity for a Diagnostics Equipment Utilisation Manager to join our Diagnostics commercial team. What does Diagnostics Equipment Utilisation do at the NHS Supply Chain? You will be responsible for identifying & delivering new opportunities to support NHS trusts procure and finance long-term medical equipment replacement plans. Leading research, analytical, problem-solving, and solutions development activities to identify, develop, test, and operationalise new innovative solutions to help hospitals better utilise and dispose of medical equipment. Organise and prepare complex equipment replacement plans using a variety of applications for technology devices such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarising data. Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfil personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media. Conduct research using primary data sources and select the information needed for the analysis of key themes and trends. Provide excellent stakeholder management to both internal and external stakeholders. What can we offer you?
