You'll provide high-quality, patient-focused care that meets the specific needs of each individual, helping them through every step of their dialysis treatment. Mentor & Support:

Be the go-to person for your team! Share your skills and knowledge to mentor and assist fellow staff members, helping everyone grow and succeed. Safe & Effective Treatments:

Provide haemodialysis in line with patient prescriptions, ensuring the utmost safety and care at all times. Team Player:

Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including hospital trusts and external organisations, to ensure smooth and effective patient care. Communication Champion:

Keep the communication flowing! Ensure clear, compassionate communication with patients, colleagues, and all service providers. Stay Ahead of the Curve:

Keep your skills sharp by continuously developing your knowledge of best practices in patient care and dialysis treatment. Evidence-Based Practice:

Registered Nurse (NMC)

with a passion for patient-centred care. Renal Nursing experience is a big plus, but if you're new to the specialty, we're happy to provide full training! Strong communication skills to engage with patients, families, and your team. A team player with a friendly, positive attitude who can adapt to change.
