Key Responsibilities : Lead and guide all departments to achieve company objectives. Oversee the financial management, partnering with the Finance Manager to optimize fiscal operations. Collaborate with production and maintenance managers to ensure manufacturing efficiency and equipment reliability. Optimise HR and administrative functions with the administration team. Develop and implement organizational policies for operational effectiveness. Foster a culture of innovation, improvement, and employee development.
