Conduct remote phone clinics and have the option for some face-to-face clinics if preferred. Provide specialised care for antenatal diabetes, Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus (T1DM), and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM). Travel occasionally to Brighton or Haywards Heath to collect a laptop and receive training on relevant IT systems. Apply your NHS experience to improve patient outcomes and quality of life. Requirements:
HCPC registration is a must. Two years of relevant experience in diabetes specialism. Being a car driver is preferable for potential site visits.
