Responsibilities: Perform nutritional screenings to identify patients at risk of malnutrition or other dietary-related issues. Use diagnostic tools and lab results to assess nutrient deficiencies or excesses. Assess and manage a range of patients, offering nutritional assessment and dietary advice. Adjust plans to accommodate cultural, religious, and personal preferences. Monitor patients' progress by tracking changes in weight, lab results, and overall health outcomes. Educate patients on managing chronic diseases through dietary changes. Qualifications and Requirements: Fully enhanced valid DBS Experience working in an acute hospital setting with acutely unwell inpatients. Knowledge of ONS, tube feeding including TPNs Benefits: Weekly pay Free training Fully enhanced DBS check provided free of charge.
